The European "pressure equipment" directive (PED) sets the requirements for pressure equipment for the circulation of pressure equipment within the European economic area . The version currently in force is Directive 2014/68 / EU.

The ATEX regulation (of ATmospheres EXplosives) comes from European directive 2014/34 / EU for equipment intended for use in ATEX zones. The so-called ATEX regulations require all heads of establishments to control the risks relating to explosions in these environments, in the same way as all other occupational risks. For this, an assessment of the risks of explosion in the company is therefore necessary to make it possible to determine all the places where explosive elements may emerge.
API 607-2010 fire resistance test for quarter turn valves and valves with non-metallic seats such as ball valve, butterfly valve, ball valve. API 6FA applies to quarter-turn soft seat valves covered by API 6D and API 6A. IVALTEC is API607 and API6FA certified by the TUV SUD organization.
For valves intended for a food application, IVALTEC uses materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs certified FDA or EC1935 / 2004 according to customer requests.
The EAC Declaration of Conformity and the EAC Certificate of Conformity to the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Union are documents issued by independent bodies. The quality assessment followed by the attribution of an EAC certification, allows access to the Eurasian markets.
The Attestation of Sanitary Conformity (ACS) is an approval that applies both to the constituent materials of equipment in contact with water intended for human consumption and to the equipment itself.
